Innovation, economy to be discussed at i4 Series event

An i4 Series event will connect innovators with research and funding organizations and plans to do so with an Economic Impact of Innovation event on Thursday, June 20.
Panelists will discuss how innovation is fueling the economy. Information about agencies that provide connections, funding and research will be available, according to a news release.
Panelists include Elizabeth Feather, director of research and strategic initiatives for Upstate SC Alliance; Jill Sorensen, director of SCRA Entrepreneurial Programs and executive director of SC Launch; and Chase Kasper, director of business development, Clemson Research Foundation.
The event will be held at the Upstate SC Alliance offices 124 Verdae Blvd. in Greenville and begins with a networking breakfast at 8 a.m. and the panel discussion at 8:30 a.m.
