A Closer Look

2018 Top achievements:

ƒ??In FY18, the American Red Cross of Lowcountry SC assisted more than 1,250 individuals affected by disaster — primarily home fires; collected nearly 30,000 units of lifesaving blood; trained more than 8,000 people in lifesaving skills, such as CPR/AED, First Aid and Aquatics; and through our global communication network, provided emergency communications and other services to thousands of active-duty military, their families and veterans.  Additionally, we helped create more resilient communities by installing more than 1,200 free smoke alarms and saving 53 lives throughout South Carolina because of that effort.

2019 Goals:

ƒ??Expand our volunteer base, grow financial support from the Lowcountry business sector and increase blood donations and sponsorships.
