Mount Pleasant pediatric dentist office Kids Teeth delivered lunch to frontline workers at Roper St. Francis Mount Pleasant Hospital on Aug. 21. Kids Teeth partnered with Front Line Appreciation Group Charleston to fund the meals.
Formed in April, Front Line Appreciation Group Charleston uses donations to purchase meals from local restaurant partners to distribute to health care workers at hospitals, express care centers and mobile testing sites. As of late August, the organization had received more than $22,000 in donations, providing 2,827 meals to frontline workers.
Kids Teeth has also previously partnered with I Heart Hungry Kids and supports various organizations with donations that help support the Lowcountry Buddy Walk, Walk for Autism, Lifeline Children’s Services, school PTAs and community events.
