We serve the entire tri-county area (Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester counties), with an emphasis on North Charleston. We serve our neighbors who are dealing with hunger, homelessness, medical needs and unemployment.

Greatest need:
Financial donations for expanding our facilities to include shelter for homeless women and children.

2021 Top achievements:

We saw a dramatic increase in the number of neighbors coming to us because of hunger. Thanks to support from our community, we were able to meet this need and many others, while renaming our organization Neighbors Together (formerly Tricounty Family Ministries). We are the SAME NEIGHBOR with a NEW NAME.

2022 Goals:

Renovating our Life Center, a former fire station on Reynolds Avenue in North Charleston, into housing for seven homeless families.

We are also planning to develop additional facilities for homeless women and children.  Expansion of our medical services and job training programs to produce a sustainable future for our neighbors.

Fundraising events:

Giving Tuesday on Nov. 30. We have a generous $50,000 match that will double everyone’s gift up to $50,000 as we work to fulfill our vision of Bringing Dignity and Hope to our Neighbors across the Lowcountry.

Corporate giving opportunities:

We are always looking for sponsors for our special events that include Christmas, Thanksgiving, Veteran’s Day and others.

There are also naming opportunities at our facility and future Life Center that will will be renovated into shelter for seven homeless families. We are also open to naming opportunities for our key programs that address the following needs: Hunger, Homelessness, Medical Needs, Jobs Training, Legal Needs and Utility/Rental Assistance.
