Armada Analytics names new CEO

Armada Analytics Inc., an independent real estate consulting firm headquartered in Greenville, has named Matt Legge as CEO. Legge is responsible for the firm’s growth strategy and diversification and client development. His appointment was effective Jan. 1.

"We are fortunate to have someone of Matt's caliber and experience step up to lead Armada as we enter the next stage of accelerating what is working well for Armada and adapting to the fluid needs of the marketplace," said Zack Devier, Armada Analytics founder and president, in a news release. "Matt is a leader with hardcore underwriting skills, business vision and the ability to bring people together to successfully implement our growth strategy and take advantage of the market opportunities ahead."

Legge spent nine years at Capital One Multifamily Finance, formerly Beech Street Capital, where he was most recently senior vice president and head of underwriting for Capital One's Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac operations, the release said.
