Most recently she served as interim president and CEO.
Powell holds a bachelor of science degree in sports management from Winthrop University in Rock Hill.
“I am extremely grateful and appreciative of the opportunity to lead ABC Carolinas,” Powell said in the release. “ I look forward to serving the members of ABC Carolinas while working beside our fantastic staff and to build on our current growth and success.”
ABC Carolinas represents general contractors, construction management firms, specialty contractors, various material and equipment suppliers, and service providers in the Carolinas.
