Lee & Associates Charleston’s Ryan Welch represented the seller, CresCom Bank, and the buyer, DAS Holdings LLC, in the sale of an 11,242-square-foot distribution warehouse at 2132 Cainhoy Road in Berkeley County for $250,000.  


Chris Dion and Blair Belk represented the landlord of Village Square Shopping Center in West Ashley in the 1,650-square-foot lease to Metro PCS Authorized Dealer.


Gerry Schauer of Avison Young represented the tenant, Whereable Technologies, in the lease of a 3,000-square-foot office space at 1036 eWall St. in Mount Pleasant. Trey Lucy of Belk Lucy represented the landlord.


Lee & Associates Charleston’s Pete Harper represented the owners in the lease of a 1,800-square-foot office space in Orange Grove Plaza at 1124 Sam Rittenberg Blvd. in Charleston. Jon Chalfie, also with Lee & Associates, represented the tenant, CHR Holdings.


Thomas Boulware of NAI Avant’s Charleston office represented the seller, The Bank of Walterboro, in the sale of 32.21 acres of land at 7230 Toogoodoo Road in Meggett for $252,500. The purchaser was represented by Garrett Rust with Cassina Group.


Jeremy Willits of Avison Young represented the landlord, 5900 Core Avenue LLC, in the lease extension of a 1,377-square-foot office space at 5900 Core Ave. in Charleston to Ron Beaufort Training.

Lee & Associates Charleston’s Will Sherrod and Amanda Reeves represented the owners in the lease of a 2,281-square-foot retail space in the Markets at Oakland at 1153 Oakland Market Blvd. in Mount Pleasant to Elements Massage. The tenant was represented by Mark Erickson of Cushman & Wakefield.
