J. Ryan Welch of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord, Northwoods Center Business Park LLC, in the lease of a 1,952-square-foot office and warehouse space at 2154 N. Center St., Suite D-406, in North Charleston to GHD Services Inc. Michael Carmody of CBRE represented the tenant.


Dexter Rumsey of NAI Avant’s Charleston office represented the seller, 495 Jessen Lane LLC, in the sale of a 6,000-square-foot office building at 495 Jessen Lane in Charleston for $850,000. Paul Feldman with Charleston Commercial Properties represented the buyer.


Jim Jordan and Chris Fraser of Avison Young represented the seller, 1400 Hospital Drive LLC, in the sale of a 12,258-square-foot office building at 1400 Hospital Drive in Charleston to Addco LLC for $4.4 million. Mike Ferrer of Rock Creek Real Estate Advisors LLC represented the buyer.


Chris Dion and Blair Belk of Belk Lucy represented the landlord of Rivers Crossing in North Charleston in the lease of 1,400 square feet of space to Premier Sound Satellite and Security LLC.
