Thomas G. Buist Jr. of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the buyer, ZNB Brothers LLC, and the seller, Remora LLC, in the sale of 52,227 square feet of industrial space at 6331 Fain Blvd. in Charleston.


Will Sherrod of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord in the lease renewal of 3,200 square feet of retail space in the Windsor Hill Crossing Shopping Center at 3724 Ashley Phosphate Road in North Charleston.


J. Ryan Welch of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord, Leatherwood Associates Inc., and the tenant, Foresight Surveyors LLC, in the lease expansion of 1,125 square feet of industrial space at 4365 Dorchester Road, Suite 205, in North Charleston.


Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the landlord in the lease of 500 square feet of space at 108 W. Second North St., Suite A, in Summerville to Kidz Kutz.


Todd P. Garrett of Avison Young represented the tenant, The Sustainability Institute, in the lease extension of 3,283 square feet of office space at 1701 Meeting St. in Charleston from Craig Elwood. Joseph Tecklenburg of Clement, Crawford & Thornhill Inc. represented the landlord.


Jeremy Willits and Gerry Schauer of Avison Young represented the landlord, Traverse Point LLC, in the lease of a 4,020-square-foot office building at 2093 Executive Hall Road in Charleston to Audio Tech Services LLC.


Bob Caldwell and Shep Benjamin of Caldwell Commercial represented the landlord in the lease of 2,304 square feet of office space at Harrell Square, 2000 Sam Rittenberg Blvd. in Charleston.


Jeremy Willits of Avison Young represented the landlord, 5900 Core Avenue LLC, in the lease extension of a 1,564-square-foot office space at 5900 Core Ave. in North Charleston to Ceres Marine Terminals Inc.


Alex Irwin of Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler represented the seller, Foxbank Business Center LLC and Foxbank Commercial Park LLC, in the sale and leaseback of a 201,500-square-foot industrial building on 52.18 acres at 2486-2550 U.S. Highway 52 in Moncks Corner to JL Woode Ltd. for $8.75 million. Sea Fox Boats leased the building for manufacturing.
