Brent Case and Zach Wade of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the buyer, JEM Restaurant Realty Two Inc., in the purchase of 1.92 acres of land at U.S. Highway 176 and Devon Boulevard in Goose Creek for $575,000. Trident Commercial represented the seller.


Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the landlord in the lease renewal of Suite E at 400 E. Fifth North Street in Summerville to Wayne Brothers Inc.


Vitre Ravenel Stephens of Avison Young represented the landlord, Seven Farms Road LLC, in the lease extension of 1,607 square feet of retail space at 295 Seven Farms Drive in Charleston to Qwik Pack & Ship.


Edward G. Robinson IV of Beach Commercial represented the tenant, Innovative Endodontics LLC, in the lease of 2,296 square feet of medical office space in Suites F & G at 2900 N. Main St. in Moncks Corner from Farmers and Merchants Bank of South Carolina. Richard Morse of Palmetto Commercial Properties LLC represented the landlord.


Brett Schleifer of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the landlord, Doschers Group LLC, and the tenant, Lithko Contracting LLC, in the lease of a 2,613-square-foot office space at 1622 Ashley Hall Road in Charleston.


Jeremy Willits and Gerry Schauer of Avison Young represented the seller, Peregrine Group LLC, in the sale of 0.21 acres at 2020 Cosgrove Ave. in North Charleston to Mase & Co LLC. Patrick Hill of Harbor City Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer.
