Ryan Welch and Milton Thomas III of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord, Charleston Regional Investments LLC, in the lease of 50,000 square feet of industrial space at 2325 Charleston Regional Parkway in Charleston to East Light Academy. Lawrence Richard and Georgia Richard of Carolina One represented the tenant.


Jeremy Willits and Gerry Schauer of Avison Young represented the landlord, Long Point Center LLC, in the lease of a 2,656-square-foot office space in Long Point Center, at 501 Wando Park Blvd., in Mount Pleasant, to NVR Inc. Kevin Coates of Jones Lang Lasalle represented the tenant.


Todd Garrett of Avison Young represented the landlord, R.J. Semm LLC, in the lease of a 28,910-square-foot industrial building at 1850 Ashley River Road in Charleston to G&S Supply Co. Mike Ferrer of Ferrer Commercial Real Estate Advisors LLC represented the tenant.


Todd Garrett and Tradd Varner of Avison Young represented the seller, Nancy Crockett Cooper, in the sale of a 2,400-square-foot industrial building at 3281 Associate Drive in North Charleston to Horizon Landscapes LLC for $275,000.


Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the owner in the sale of 123 N. Parler Ave. in St. George to Bid Group. Boyd Owens of Dorchester Real Estate Services represented the buyer.
