  • Graham Howle of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented 12 S. Calhoun Street LLC (purchaser) in the purchase of a 7,100-square-foot office building on 0.484 acre at 12 S. Calhoun St., from Abiding Workspaces LLC (seller).
  • Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented The Beth C. Cecil Revocable Trust (purchaser) in the purchase of a 3,628-square-foot industrial flex building on 0.8 acre at 1000 S. Pine St., from Peter U. Bartsch (seller).
  • Robbie Romeiser, of Spencer/Hines Properties, facilitated the lease of 1,984 square feet of retail space at 2740 Boiling Springs Road between Bennett Buildings of N.C. (lessee) and Saving, Carolina Division (lessor).
  • Guy Harris, of Spencer/Hines Properties, facilitated the lease of 1,305 square feet of retail space at 5220 Bew Fashion Way in Charlotte, N.C., between the lessee, Smoothie Ventures and lessor, Dixie River Retail.
  • Towers Rice Jr., of NAI Earle Furman, represented the landlord, Tim Julian, in leasing a 7,500-square-foot industrial space at 103 Metro Drive in Anderson to Belintra Inc.
  • Hal Johnson III, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the purchaser, Zeus, in the purchase of 56.35 acres of land at Highway 21/176 in Gaston from Eastman Chemical Co.
