  • Zach Hines, of Spencer Hines Properties, represented both the seller and purchaser in the sale of the 17,000-square-foot building that houses the Stone Pin and the Revel Event Center at 304 East Stone Ave. in Greenville. The purchaser, Stone Avenue Holding LLC, owns and operates both the Revel Event Space and the Stone Pin boutique bowling alley.
  • Jimmy Wright and Ted Lyerly, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the landlord, George Koumoustiotis, in leasing a 2,640-square-foot retail space at 280 N. Church St. in Spartanburg to Impact Sports International. 
  • Alex Campbell, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the landlord, 550 Brookshire Road LLC, in leasing a 9,000 square foot industrial space in the Gateway International Business Center in Greer to JES Columbia LLC.
  • Tim Satterfield, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented Compark Ltd. in the sale of 5.69 acres at 810 Mt. Pleasant Road and 6.2 acres at Dewberry Road within Compark Industrial Park in Spartanburg, to GSP Terminal LLC.
