Auto shop buys building on Two Notch Road

Columbia auto repair shop Martin’s Motorworx has purchased the Two Notch Road location it had been renting since December 2015. 

The repair shop purchased the 6,032-square-foot building at 2652 Two Notch Road for $410,000. NAI Avant senior brokers Roger Winn and Jeff Hein represented the seller, Oregon-based real estate investment firm NW Evergreen Opportunities IV LLC.

In other area transactions, NAI Avant facilitated the sale of 107 acres of timberland near Winnsboro for $375,000. Senior broker Ben Kelly and broker Jack Springs represented the seller of the property on Jackson Creek Road, while senior brokers Tombo Milliken and Tom Milliken represented the buyer, Jackson Creek Properties LLC.
