• Earle Furman Jr. and Shannon Caldwell, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the landlord, Falls Place LLC, in leasing a 2,200-square-foot office space at 531 S. Main St. in Greenville to Watermark Advisors.
• John Baldwin, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the landlord, Steeling Golf Cart Corp., in leasing an 18,000-square-foot industrial property at 211 Fairforest Way in Greenville to GVD Corp.
• Hunter Garrett and John Staunton, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the landlord, WWP LLC, in leasing a 5,397-square-foot retail property at 117 N. Poinsett Highway in Travelers Rest to Chicora Alley FH LLC.
• Rakan Draz and John Odom, of Avison Young commercial real estate, represented WFC Travelers Rest LLC in the leasing of 1400 square feet of retail space at 2 Benton Road, Suite H in Greenville to Retail Group Investment LLC. Anthony Gaito of RealtyLink LLC represented the tenant.
• Rakan Draz and John Odom, of Avison Young commercial real estate, represented Barmen LLC in the leasing of 1,444 square feet of retail space at 220 E. Coffee St. in Greenville from Stone Family Properties.
• Jason P. Klue, of Spencer Hines Properties, represented Charles and Dawn Reese in the sale of a 2,600-square-foot retail building at 705 Anderson St. in Piedmont. 
• Jason P. Klue of Spencer Hines Properties, represented JN’s Express Mart in the lease of approximately 2,500 square feet located at 540 White Horse Road in Greenville.
