• Garrett Scott and Brockton Hall, of Colliers International, represented Woods Chapel LLC in the sale of 38.97 acres of land at Woods Chapel Road in Greer to CRG.
• Richard Barrett, Garrett Scott, Brockton Hall and Brannan Hudson, of Colliers International, represented Kinney Hill Associates in the lease of industrial space at Corporate Center, 101 Corporate Center Drive, Spartanburg, to TEI Construction Inc.
• Ross Kester and Jeff Day, of Pintail Capital Partners, represented the FOJ Investments LLC in the sale of an approximately 1,715-square-foot building on 0.57 acres at 1635 John B. White Sr. Blvd. in Spartanburg.
• Mark Ratchford and Chris Butler, of KDS Commercial Properties, represented the tenant, Bridge City Coffee LLC, in leasing a 1,976-square-foot facility at 1520 Wade Hampton Blvd.
