• Tyson Smoak, of Pintail Capital Partners, represented the landlord, Allergy Partners, in the lease of approximately 2500 square feet of space in Union.
• Ross Kester, of Pintail Capital Partners, represented the seller, Greig Properties LLC, in the sale of approximately 4950 square feet of space at 373 Halton Road in Greenville.
• Richard Barrett and Brannan Hudson, of Colliers International, represented R&J Investments in the lease of industrial space at 528 Brookshire Road to Valley Grinding and Manufacturing.
• Frank Hammond, of Colliers International, represented Cli-bro Properties LLC in the sale of 1.91 acres of land at 600 Buncombe St. for $2 million to Diamond Jubilee Downtown LLC.
• Rakan Draz and John Odom, of Avison Young, represented Winward Partners IV LP in the leasing of a 3,000-square-foot retail space at Eastgate Village, 5910 Old Spartanburg Road in Taylors, to Tuk Tuk LLC. Taylor Martin of Sperry Van Ness represented the tenant.
