Alan Bolduc, Courtney Marous and Kathleen Isola of Avison Young represented the tenant.


Vitre Stephens of Avison Young South Carolina Inc. represented the landlord, Fifty-Two Associates, in the lease of 1,500 square feet of retail space at 8410 Rivers Ave., North Charleston, to MJM Enterprises LLC.


Jeremy Willits and Gerry Schauer of Avison Young South Carolina Inc. represented the landlord in the lease of 2,150 square feet of office space at 753 Johnnie Dodds Blvd., Mount Pleasant, to Norton Lilly International Inc.


Jon Chalfie and Hailey Clifton of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the seller, The Children’s Center Building at Carolina Park LLC, in the sale of 19,130 of office space at 1251 Carolina Park Blvd, Mount Pleasant, to Ralston 10 LLC for $5,040,000. Drew Showferty of Palmetto Commercial Properties LLC represented the buyer.


Reid Davis, Pete Harper and Cameron Yost of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord, 22 WestEdge Owner LLC, in the lease of 21,364 square feet of office space at 22 Westedge, Charleston, to Harbour Club LLC.


Blair Belk and Trey Lucy of Belk Lucy represented the buyer, New Wire Marine, in the sale of 6,051 square feet of retail space at 4695 Franchise St., North Charleston, from Kurts Investments LLC. Andrew Matsick of Shoreline International represented the seller.


Robert Pratt of RE/MAX Pro Realty represented the landlord, 400 Netherby LLC, in the lease of office space at 5401 Netherby Lane, Suite 402, North Charleston, to Summit BHC Cameron LLC d/b/a Waypoint Recover Center.

Will Phillips of Ravenel Commercial Properties represented the buyer, ATL Leasing LLC, in the sale of 969 square feet of office space at 672 Marina Drive, Unit 107, Charleston, from Beth Hewitt for $21,300. Palmetto Commercial Properties represented the seller.
