• Frank Hammond, of Colliers International South Carolina, represented Redbird Investments LLC in the sale of 0.56 acres of land at 821 S. Main St. in Greenville for $2.1 million to Greenville Main Investments LLC.
• Tyson Smoak of Pintail Capital Partners represented the tenant, Early Autism Project, in the lease of approximately 2,600 square feet of space at 1511 Johnson Ferry Road in Marietta, Ga.
• Tyson Smoak of Pintail Capital Partners represented the tenant, Early Autism Project, in the lease of approximately 3,750 square feet of space at 1549 Clairmont Road in Decatur, Ga.
• Andy Hayes and Ben Hines, of Spencer Hines Properties, facilitated the sale of 10,659 square feet of office space at 1320 Howell Road in Duncan between the seller, Naval Yards LLC, and the buyer, Tindall Corp.
• Andy Hayes and Ben Hines, of Spencer Hines Properties, facilitated the sale of four acres of land on Cannons Campground Road in Spartanburg between the seller, Timothy Connor, and the buyer, Limelight Solar II LLC.
