• Richard Barrett, Brannan Hudson, Garrett Scott, John Montgomery and Brockton Hall, of Colliers International, represented Kinney Hill Associates in the lease of 11,300 square feet of space for EPSI at 120 Corporate Drive in Spartanburg.
• Pete Brett, David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented Southern Williamsburg Title LLC in the sale of a 1,300-square-foot office condominium at 700 E. North St., Unit 4, in Greenville, to United Home Loan Services Inc.
• Guy Harris and Guy Harris Jr., of Spencer Hines Properties, facilitated the sale of .76 acres at 204 Knollwood Pine Drive in Spartanburg, between the buyer, Claybrook Holdings Inc., and the seller, Ten Plus LLC.
• Rhett Craig, Chris Prince and Ned Reynolds, of Avison Young, represented the buyer in the purchase of a 7,772-square-foot office building at 9 Mills Ave. in Greenville, from HCP Ventures IX LLC. Pete Brett, David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented the seller.
