Jeremy Willits and Gerry Schauer of Avison Young – South Carolina Inc. represented the landlord, Trolley Road Improvement LLC, in the lease of 4,000 square feet of office space in Suite 100 at 1516 Old Trolley Road in Summerville to Palmetto Primary Care Physicians LLC. Debbie Smith of Charleston Metro Homes Real Estate represented the tenant.


Chip Shealy of CBRE Inc. represented the landlord, Eastside Living LLC, in the lease of 3,767 square feet of office space at 229 Huger St. in Charleston to BRPH. Mark Mattison of Bridge Commercial represented the tenant.


Ed Kercher of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer represented the tenant, USI Insurance Services LLC, in the lease of 7,328 square feet of office space at 235 Magrath Darby Blvd., Mount Pleasant.


Chip Shealy of CBRE Inc. represented the buyer, 403 Fleming LLC, in the sale of 17,148 square feet of industrial space at 403 Fleming Road in Charleston for $1.25 million.


Steve Radekopf of Radekopf and Associates represented the seller, JP Estate LLC, in the sale of 1,430 square feet of office space in Unit A1 at 8730 N. Park Blvd. in North Charleston to Central Minority Maintenance for $310,000. Lasaine Johnson of Carolina Elite Real Estate represented the buyer.
