Edward Oswald and Blair Hines of Oswald Cooke & Associates represented the landlord, WF Montague Holdings LLC, in the lease of 2,500 sf of office space at 1074 E. Montague Ave. in North Charleston to Insource Innovation Partners LLC. AJ Hanson of Brand Name Real Estate represented the tenant.


Ed Kercher of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer represented the tenant, Frontier Logistics L.P., in the lease of 173,000 square feet of industrial space at 7054 Weber Drive in Ladson.


Nick Tanana of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer represented the tenant, Summit Engineering, Laboratory, Testing Inc., in the lease renewal of 3,300 square feet of industrial space at 1539 Meeting St. in North Charleston.
