Doug Richardson of AgentOwned Realty Co. represented the buyer, ROESLSA LLC, in the purchase of 6,000 square feet of retail space at 600 N. Gum St. in Summerville from TD Capital LLC for $1.05 million. David Smoak of Smoak and Associates Real Estate LLC represented the seller.


Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the seller, Austin Trust, in the sale of 22 acres of land at 0 Ridgeville Road in Ridgeville to Holseberg Properties LLC for $150,000.
