  • Tyson Smoak and Ross Kester, of Pintail Capital Partners, represented the seller, MD Real Estate Holdings LLC, in the sale of a 6,538-square-foot medical office building at 1 Halton Green Way in Greenville.
  • Josh Tew, of Pintail Capital Partners, represented the landlord, Parkway Commons Holdings LLC, in the lease of 1,950 square feet of space at 10 Parkway Commons in Greenville to The Ponce Realty Group.
  • Rob Howell, of Avison Young, represented Shaw Project LLC in the purchase of a 9,000-square-foot industrial building at 951 W. Blue Ridge Drive in Greenville from Swamp Rabbit Investments LLC.
  • Ned Reynolds, Rhett Craig and Chris Prince, of Avison Young, represented the tenant and landlord in the leasing of a 2,500-square-foot office suite in The Village at Thornblade Office Park in Greer.
  • Pete Brett, David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented tenant Achieve MD LLC in the leasing of a 2,800-square-foot office space at 142 Milestone Way in Greenville from J. Garry Green.
  • Tim Satterfield, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented SRC Enterprise LLC (landlord) in the leasing of a 1,800-square-foot retail space at 351 E. Henry St., Suite G, in Spartanburg, to Job Impulse, Inc.
