• Josh Tew of Pintail Capital Partners represented the seller, Oak Tree Ventures LLC, in the sale of 12 apartments located at 1433, 1435 and 1437 Fernwood Glendale Road in Spartanburg.
• Lakin Parr of Pintail Capital Partners represented the buyer, John Ludwig, in the purchase of a 5,500 square foot NNN investment property located at 9 McDaniel Avenue in Greenville.
• Scott Burgess, Lance Byars and Hector Mendoza, of Colliers International, represented Gresham LLC in the lease of 2,289 square feet of retail space at 926 NE Main St. in Simpsonville to Bertolo’s Pizza.
• Andy Hayes and Ben Hines, of Spencer Hines Properties, facilitated the sale of a 2,239-square-foot office space at 777 John B. White Sr. Blvd. in Spartanburg between the seller, Arthur State Bank, and the buyer, Donna Karapandzic.
• Mike Tan, Guy Harris and Guy Harris Jr., of Spencer Hines Properties, facilitated the sale of 2,220 square feet of office space at 249 S. Blackstock Road in Spartanburg between the seller, Alice Henderson, and the buyer, Kiawah Dreams.
