  • Bobby Lyons and Chris Schweighart of Lyons Industrial Properties represented the Landlord, Leigh Realty LLC, in leasing two industrial spaces at the Leigh Fibers facility in Wellford. One tenant, Carolina Property Services of Greer, leased 10,000 square feet, while another tenant leased 40,000 square feet.
  • Avison Young commercial real estate reported that Rob Howell, Ryan Young and Mike McElwee represented Unlimited Carrier Group LLC in the leasing of a 31,989-square-foot warehouse at 700 N. Woods Drive in Fountain Inn from 844 SE Main LLC.
  • Rob Howell and Ryan Young of Avison Young represented Hall William Stanley Trustee in the leasing of a 30,000-square-foot warehouse at 1920 New Cut Road in Spartanburg to FRR Sigsbee LLC.
  • Chris Fraser of Avison Young Commercial Real Estate represented 1505 Buncombe Road LLC in the sale of a 39,000-square-foot warehouse at 1505 Buncombe Road in Greenville to CHPL Real Estate. Rob Howell represented the buyer.
  • Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Southport Property Investors LLC in the sale of a 10,000-square-foot industrial building on three acres at 110 Ian Ct., to Gimeco USA LLC.
  • Wiley North of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Aaron Ringel in the purchase of a 7,000-square-foot building at 351 Whitney Road, Spartanburg, from SMS Financial P LLC.
  • Wiley North of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented F&D Holdings LLC in the sale of 0.41 acre at Martin Court, Spartanburg, to Phillip R. and Angela E. Hines.
  • George Zimmerman of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Connector Plus LLC in the sale of 100 acres on Lakeside Road in Piedmont to Renewable Water Resources.
