Rick Cauthen of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Umbrella Health Holdings LLC in the purchase of a lot at Fairview Road Professional Park at 634-I Fair Road from Ocean Breeze Investments LLC.

Tracie Burton of Joyner Commercial represented the tenant, TFT Global Inc., in securing 2,250 square feet of office space at 224 Wall St., Piedmont. Joyner Commercial is the commercial division of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Realtors.

Joyner Commercial’s Hope Tz Schmalzl represented the tenant Moseley Marcinak Law Group in the lease of a 4,000-square-foot office at 4324 Wade Hampton Blvd., Suite B, Taylors.

A 7,325-square-foot industrial property at 801 NE Main St. was sold to Shelton Holdings LLC by D&S Properties of Carolina LLC, represented by Hunter Garrett and John Staunton of NAI Earle Furman.

L.C. Marine LLC was represented in the lease of a 2,400-square-foot flex building at 307 S. Fishtrap Road, Greenville, by Wayne Smith of Joyner Commercial.
