Trinity Partners has earned the exclusive listing assignment for four grocery-anchored shopping centers in Columbia, Aiken and Augusta, Ga.

William Mills, senior brokerage associate, and brokerage associate Robbie Cook were selected by Atlanta-based shopping centers owner New Market, a wholly owned subsidiary of Preferred Apartment Communities Inc. that invests in neighborhood and community retails centers.

The listing assignment includes two Columbia locations: the 36,887-square-foot, Publix-anchored Rosewood Shopping Center and the 99,384-square-foot, Kroger-anchored Irmo Station. The assignment also includes the 75,716-square-foot East Gate Shopping Center in Aiken anchored by Publix and the 70,458-square-foot Furys Ferry Shopping Center in Augusta.

“New Market owns over 45 grocery-anchored shopping centers spanning nine states and has a brand dedicated to building relationships and growing businesses,” Mills said in a news release. “Their solutions-oriented approach to leasing and property management perfectly aligns with Trinity’s drive to deliver best-in-class results and services.”

All four shopping centers have leasing opportunities available, according to the release.
