The Charleston property, secured through assistance from Hagood Morrison, Hagood S. Morrison, John Beam and Brooks Courtney of Bridge Commercial, will be expandable to 540,000 square feet on Autonomous Drive in the Camp Hall Industrial Commerce Park once complete, according to a news release.

RealtyLink’s other cold storage properties include projects in Wilmington, N.C., Houston, Texas, and Mobile, Ala.

“These ports are vital gateways of trade and commerce and RealtyLink is building solutions for tomorrow’s cold chain,” Thomas Eldridge, lead developer of RealtyLink, said in the release.

Walmart’s incoming 3-million-square-foot distribution center in the Lowcountry and Hugh Leatherman terminal at the Charleston Port, as well as a harbor-deepening project, prompted the decision to broker the property, according to the release.

Bridge Commercial is a regionally-focused commercial real estate firm headquartered in Charleston, SC.
