Morrison Jr., SIOR, and Brooks Courtney of Bridge Commercial represented the landlord, GFI Partners, in the lease of 56,700 square feet of industrial space at 2550 W. 5th North Street in Summerville to NexMatrix. Hagood Morrison Sr., MBA, SIOR, CRE, and John Beam of Bridge Commercial represented the tenant.
