Dollar General in ChesterKevin Whitehead of Sperry Global Affiliates-Griffin Partners recently represented the buyer in a 1031 exchange of a newly developed 9,000-square-foot Dollar General in Chester.


Avison Young commercial real estate reported that Rakan Draz, John Odom and James McKay represented L’Optique in the leasing of 1073 sf retail property at 121 E. McBee Ave., Unit 102 in Greenville from Bookends Commercial LLC.


Josh Tew and Monty Todd of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, Galloway Property Group LLC in the lease of a 2,000-square-foot office space at 110 N. Main St. in downtown Greenville to Big Money Management.


212 N.E. Main St. in Simpsonville Pete Brett of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Dickens Holdings LLC which sold about 2.2 acres at 212 N.E. Main St. in Simpsonville to Simpsonville Holdings LLC.


Greyson Furnas of Colliers represented Dillon Drive Trust in the sale of a 10,000-square-foot office building at 125 Dillon Drive in Spartanburg to Dillon MD LLC.


Scott Burgess and Lance Byars of Colliers represented ARC ASAANDSC001 LLC in the lease of 9,961 square feet of retail space at 108 Station Drive in Anderson to Five Below.


Scott Burgess and Lance Byars of Colliers represented New Market Anderson LLC in the lease of 9,947 square feet of retail space at 651 Highway 28 in Anderson to Dollar Tree Stores.


Josh Cato with the Storage Group team at Joyner Commercial facilitated the sale of 138,980 square feet and 1,044 storage units in Amarillo, Texas.


Matthew Reynolds an Adam D. Padgett of Lee & Associates of Greenville/Spartanburg represented the tenant in leasing 6,200 square feet of industrial space at 100 Corporate Drive, Suite L, in Spartanburg.
