Grayson Burgess and Daniel Casillas with The Burgess Co. represented the seller, BIG LLC, in the recent sale of 5152-5156 Calhoun Memorial Highway in Easley. They generated multiple offers and local investor AVSP Easley LLC is the new owner of the property. The deal closed with a 6.3% cap rate.

Evoke Creative is an England-based manufacturer of retail kiosks, is establishing its North American headquarters at this facility. Lakin Parr of Pintail Capital Partners represented the tenant, The Blood Connection Inc., in the lease of 4,209 square feet of space at 5135 Sunset Blvd. in Lexington from landlord, Rivercrest Realty Associates LLC.
