Richard Barret of Colliers represented TBH Investments Inc. in leasing 9,600 square feet of flex space at 555 John Ross Court in Pelzer to Trinity Power Rentals Inc.
Trinity Power is a temporary power solutions provider service nine industrial and commercial industries across North America. The company has five locations in Canada and the United States, but the Pelzer site will be Trinity Power’s first location in the Southeast.
“This branch is the result of a long search for the ideal location to further serve our valued East Coast rental company partners,” CEO Todd Johnston of Trinity Power Rentals, said in a news release. “With our other branch locations in eastern North America, our South Carolina location will increase our capacity to offer fast, efficient temporary power rental solutions and logistics management up and down the East Coast.”
Trinity Power chose 555 John Ross Court in part due to its proximity to major interstates and central location in the Southeast, the news release said. Trinity Power was represented by Daniel McClam with Avison Young’s Charleston office.
“This brings a much-needed service to our growing area and shows the faith people from other areas have in our growth and potential,” Barrett said in the release.
George Zimmerman and Robert Zimmerman of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Andrew M. Stephens III, who sold about 2.4 acres on Rocky Creek Road in Greenville to Carolina Capital Investments LLC.
Garrett Scott, John Montgomery and Brockton Hall of Colliers represented Margaret Pomeroy, Laura Hoover and Cleveland Hoover in the sale of 29 acres of land on Fairforest Clevedale Road in Spartanburg to Rooker Properties LLC.
Daniel Casillas at The Burgess Co. secured the sale of a 9.7-acre land parcel on N. Dobson Road in Greer. The buyer, Dobson Road Partners LLC, plans to develop 36 single-family lots for Century Complete (Wade Jurney Homes) on the property.
George Zimmerman of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Wenwood Investment Co. LP, which sold a half-acre-plus lot at Huntsfield Drive and Cavalier Drive in Greenville to Whitelane Acquisitions LLC.
Josh Tew and Todd Monty of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, 3X5K LLC, in the lease of 2,920 square feet of space at 28 Boland Court in Greenville to tenant Croach Pest Control.
