Sean Litton of Peninsula Commercial represented the buyer, GB17 LLC, an affiliate of Peninsula Development, in the sale of 12.56 acres of land at corner of Guerins Bridge and U.S. Highway 17 in Awendaw for $900,000. James Dingle of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller.

David Grubbs of NAI Charleston represented the buyer, Veterinary Specialty Holdings, in the sale of 4,542 square feet of  veterinary hospital space at 1510 Mathis Ferry Road from Victoria Lawson. Nate and Kristin Gainey of Matt O’Neill Real Estate represented the seller.

Brian Connolly of JLL represented the landlord, RCB Development, in the lease of 2,600 square feet of office space at 1834 Summerville Ave., Charleston, to S. Bogan Designs.

Robert Pratt of RE/MAX Pro Realty represented the landlord, Northstar Pro LLC, in the lease of office space at 801 Travelers Blvd., Suite A2, Summerville, to TNT Property Solutions LLC.
