Simmons and Simmons Family Enterprises for $25,050,000. Bradley Baker as referral agent of Clement, Crawford & Thornhill Real Estate Services represented the seller.


Bob Caldwell and JR Caldwell of Caldwell Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord in the lease of 1,200 square feet of office space at 4476 Leeds Place West, Suite B, North Charleston, to Camp Rise Above Inc.


Thomas Boulware of NAI Charleston represented the landlord, Hold Fast Holdings LLC, in the sale of 1,600 square feet of retail space at 1067 E. Montague Ave. to Blue Bakery LLC for $755,000. Thomas Kennedy of Kennedy Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
