Thomas Boulware of NAI Charleston represented the seller, Pearce Development LLC, in the sale of 5,600 square feet of office space at 1049 Morrison Drive in Charleston to BKDE-Morrison LLC for $2,520,000.


Trad Dyches of Palmetto Commercial Properties LLC represented the buyer, Roper Hospital, in the sale of 4.5 acres square feet of land space at 512 Johnnie Dodds Blvd., Mount Pleasant, from Laga L.P. for $9,000,000. Charlie Carmody of CBRE represented the seller.

Kisha Lyles and Chris Prince of Avison Young represented the tenant, Best Cart Performance LLC, in the lease of 2,404 square feet of flex space at 3125 Ashley Phosphate Road in North Charleston from STH LLC.
