Garrett Scott, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented Strategic Capital Partners in the purchase of just more than 90 acres of land at 0 E. Poinsett Street Extension in Greer.


Garrett Scott, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented Baker Street Acquisitions LLC in the purchase of 73 acres of land at Webber Road and Interstate 85 in Spartanburg.


Gary Kirby, adviser and industrial specialist for KDS Commercial Properties, represented the buyer in the purchase of a 5,300-square-foot professional office building at 2001 E. Blackstock Road in Spartanburg.   


Chris Harrison of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, Laurens Lion LLC, in the purchase of 1.24 acres of land located at 1500 W. Main St. in Laurens from Edens Limited Partnership.


Anna Friddle of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, GGA LLA, in the purchase of a health care building at 2902 and 2904 Highmarket St., Georgetown, from C2G2 LLC.


Bill Sims and Will Freeman of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, VSP Holdings LLC, in the sale of 14,000 square feet of industrial space at 4472 Liberty Highway, Suites D, E and F, in Anderson, to Laurens Place Property Co. LLC. John Staunton of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer.


John Powell of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller of a 6,000-square-foot industrial building at 1508 Whitehall Road in Anderson to Proving Ground LLC. 


Michael Branch of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller of the J. Peter’s Restaurant at 115 Interstate Blvd. in Anderson to Rigsby Family Holdings LLC.


Grice Hunt, Clay Williams and Will Coker of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord in leasing a 27,600-square-foot industrial space in Duncan.
