Hannah Kamba & Tim Rowley of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the landlord, Branch Moncks Corner Associates LP, in the lease of 1,400 square feet of retail space at Suite 330 at 2826 Highway 52 in Moncks Corner. 


Tim Rowley of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the landlord in the lease of 1,400 square feet of Mixed Use Shopping Center space at Suite 1103 at 1440 Ben Sawyer Blvd. in Mount Pleasant to Local Jo's Natural Foods.


Robert Pratt of RE/MAX Pro Realty represented the seller, P.R. Properties of Summerville LLC, in the sale of 6,403 square feet of medical space at 9229 University Blvd., F-2 in North Charleston to Trident Medical Center for $1,545,000. Sammy Cavanagh of Crosland Barnes represented the buyer.
