Randall Bentley, Kevin Bentley, Chad Stepp and Andrew Harrill of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg represented the seller, JEC LLC, in the sale of 31 acres of land on McCarter Road in Fountain Inn. The purchaser was IHSCBD Services II LLC.

Micah Williams and Randall Bentley of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg represented the tenant, Top Tier Solar Solutions LLC, in the lease of 12,500 square feet of space at 5305 Raynor Road in Garner, N.C. The landlord was Torri LLC.

Frank Hammond of Colliers represented Hunter Greer Re LLC in the sale of 0.9 acres of land at 976 Batesville Road in Greer.

Mehrab Lake LLC lease 1,000 square feet of retail space at 1630 E. Main St. in Duncan to The Bridge Salon Service LLC. Ben Hines and Andy Hayes of Spencer Hines-Spartanburg were the agents.

Charlie Pruette of Huff Creek Properties, the timber and recreational land division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller, John Heaps, in the sale of a 54.11-acre property on Kilgore Bridge Road in Woodruff to Bryan and Kristy Breneman.

John Powell of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller in the sale of 20 acres of land on Corbin Road in Honea Path.

Scott Jones and John Stathakis of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, Kingdom Builders Properties LLC in the purchase of a 33,805-square-foot office investment property in Buildings A and B at 1655 E. Greenville St. in Greenville, from Anderson Eye + Ear Properties.

Hunter Garrett, John Staunton and Alex Johnson of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Chesnee Highway 221 LLC, in the sale of 0.96 acres of land at 2244 Chesnee Highway in Spartanburg to McDonald’s Corp.

Bern DuPree, Kay Hill and Trey Snellings of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the buyer, Concord Edgebrook Holdings LLC.
