A physical therapy practice is the new tenant of a 1,987-square-foot office space at 2744 Millwood Avenue in Columbia.
Colliers South Carolina’s Mary Winter Teaster represented the tenant, Dr. Meghan Davidson/Soulshine Pelvic Health and Wellness, and Ryan McCue represented the owner, 2744 Millwood LLC, in the lease of the space.
Soulshine Pelvic Health and Wellness LLC is a physical therapy practice specializing in pelvic floor and addresses sleep and stress challenges as well.
“Dr. Davidson has been a leading local expert in this specialty and has a tremendous reputation in the field of pelvic floor health to include diagnosis, treatment and physical therapy,” Teaster said in a news release. “Her office expansion and relocation to the Millwood corridor is another needed service to the area.”
Teaster and McCue are Senior Brokerage Associates with Colliers South Carolina. Teaster specializes in small business and nonprofit organizations and McCue’s expertise is in commercial and development properties and timber, recreational and agricultural tracts.
