George Zimmerman of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Connector Plus LLC, which sold a little more than 79 acres in Greenville at Interstate 185, Lakeside Road and Stables Road to Park West 85 Investors LLC.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
