City holding homebuyer workshops

Listen to this articleColumbia residents can attend two homebuyer workshops presented by the city’s Community Development Department.
The two-hour sessions will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday at the Richland County Library St. Andrews branch, located at 2916 Broad River Road, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Topics will include money management, understanding credit and mortgage loans.
Participants who complete both sessions will receive a certificate, and light refreshments will be served after the second session.
