The private fishing retreat of the late Jim Copeland, former co-owner of B.A.S.S. and CEO of international finance firm Deloitte, is for sale for $2.2 million.

The 163-acre fish farm near Orangeburg includes multiple homes, a three-hole golf course and more than 40 acres of fishing water, including eight purpose-built ponds and lakes, stocked with trophy bass.

The four-bedroom main lodge is a renovated 1890s home with more than 2,700 square feet of living space. The property also has a two-bedroom guest house and a three-bedroom manager’s house.

The retreat is listed by Jon Kohler & Associates, which specializes in plantation sales. For more information, visit https://www.jonkohler.com/fish-farm.php or call broker C.J. Brown at 803-480-1260.
