2018 Midlands Real Estate Forecast set for Thursday

Listen to this articleThe chief economist and senior vice president of research for the National Association of Realtors, Lawrence Yun, will address the area market outlook at the 2018 Midlands Real Estate Forecast, to be held from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the Columbia Conference Center at 169 Laurelhurst Ave. in Columbia.
Research economist Joey Von Nessen of the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business will also give a presentation at the event, a collaboration offered by the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, the Building Industry Association of Central South Carolina, the Mortgage Lenders Association of Greater Columbia and the Central Carolina Realtors Association.
Following the presentations, a panel of local real estate experts will discuss a market forecast for the Midlands.
