New student housing complex coming to Huger Street

The Nine at Columbia, a 126-unit, 486-bed complex, will be located at 1400 Huger St.
Jacksonville, Fla.-based FaverGray is the contractor on the project, being developed in collaboration with Tampa-based real estate services firm 908 Group, according to a news release.
Designed by Dallas-based Humphreys Partners and Architects, the project will consist of a five-story building adjacent to a parking garage and six two-story townhome structures.
Amenities will include a sauna, fitness center, pool and spa, outdoor barbecue area and fire pits.
Construction is slated to be completed in summer 2021.
FaverGray, licensed in 21 states, has contracted 100-plus projects with a total value of more than $2 billion since 2005, according to the release.
