Simpsonville community comes under NHE management

Property management firm NHE Inc. has added Simpsonville’s Riverstone community to its portfolio of Southeastern residential developments.

The 427-home community markets three- to seven-bedroom residences ranging from 2,300 to 4,200 square feet along with a community pool, riverside walking trails, recreational field and community amphitheater, according to a news release. Mark III of Spartanburg developed the property in partnership with Ryan Homes.

“Our customized approach to meeting the unique needs of each community we serve, in partnership with the association board and residents, is a responsibility and privilege NHE takes very seriously,” Eric Kohorn, president of association management for NHE Inc., said in the release. “We look forward to a longstanding relationship of maintaining and improving Riverstone and its owners’ peace of mind, and to growing NHE’s association management portfolio one valued customer at a time.”

NHE offers turn-key and customized association management services to more than 75 residential communities across the Midlands, Upstate and North Carolina, and represents over 14,000 homes, apartments and condominiums in more than 15 states, according to the release.
