Greenville-based property management firm NHE Inc. has added five new Upstate residential communities to its growing South Carolina presence with the acquisition of Gatehouse Management’s portfolio.

The newest additions, representing more than 400 homes, include Parkview Glen in Pelzer, Echo Ridge in Greer, The Village at Chapel Green and Copper Run in Greenville, as well as Anderson’ incoming Bleckley Trail community, according to a news release.

Parkview Glen, Echo Ridge and The Village Green are Meritage Home developments. Echo Ridge and The Village include 159 townhomes. Parkview Glen is a single-family ranch and two-story home community.

Ryan Homes developed Cooper Run Townhomes and is seeking to break ground on Bleckley Trail, a single-family subdivision with three- and four-bedroom homes, in mid-March near the Anderson County Civic Center and Whitehall Elementary School, according to the release.

“NHE is proud to assume management of these outstanding communities,” Eric Kohorn, a vice president of NHE Inc., said in the release.  “Our service-driven approach to meeting the unique needs of each community we serve, in partnership with each community’s association board and its residents, is a responsibility and privilege NHE takes very seriously.  We look forward to a long-standing relationship of maintaining and improving the communities and their owners’ peace of mind, and to growing NHE’s association management portfolio one valued customer at a time.”
