Mavin Construction is proud to celebrate our fifth year of business. The success we’ve experienced is a result of our strong client relationships. And it starts from day one. In addition, the BIM Services and Project Management softwares we use are typically found in much larger firms at a much higher cost. We work hard on cross training within the company to ensure the best client experience through use of all of the tools and resources available to our team.
Mavin has grown to 28 employees. To accommodate this growth, we recently purchased, and are currently renovating, new office space on Ridgeway Ave. off Laurens Rd. in Greenville. This building will house both the Construction and Maintenance Divisions of the company. Not only have we experienced significant growth in construction project size and complexity, but we’ve also seen tremendous growth on the Maintenance Division side. Our ability to respond immediately to any issue that comes up gives our clients the confidence they need to focus on their business. Consistent and immediate response sure makes client retention and loyalty a lot easier to accomplish.
We seek account-based client relationships where we can provide an ongoing relationship as an adviser and resource, whether it’s a new build or other challenge. The trust and confidence our clients have in us have allowed us to work on opportunities far larger and more complex than would be typically given to a 5-year-old company.
