NHE takes over management of North Augusta complex

NHE Inc., a Greenville-based association and property management firm, will partner with The Ironwood Apartments to manage and release the complex’s 280 units in North Augusta.

“NHE is excited to begin handling management and leasing for The Ironwood, which we consider to be

the North Augusta market’s finest apartment community,” Taylor Davis, CEO of NHE Inc., said in the news release. “We have eyed the Augusta-Aiken market for several years for expansion, and we are pleased to work with Graycliff Capital Partners LLC, the owner of the community, in this initiative.”

Ironwood Apartments is one of NHE’s 14,000 Southeastern clients. including properties in Spartanburg, Greenville, Columbia and Charleston.

Units hold one to three bedrooms and range from 748 to 1,394 square feet. The complex also features a number of on-site and adjacent fitness opportunities, including a 24-hour fitness center with yoga and cycling facilities, a saltwater swimming pool and walking-distance access to the Greenway Trail and other green spaces along the Savannah River.
