Edmund’s Oast Restaurant has named executive chef Bob Cook a partner in the restaurant and named Suzanne Stone as its first general manager. Cook will continue to orchestrate culinary operations at the restaurant. Stone started as a bartender in 2017 before being promoted to front-of-house manager. She will execute the restaurant’s hospitality goals and oversee day-to-day operations.
